We offer a 30-day return policy for most accessories and apparel, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or undergarments.

Do you provide shipping for bicycles across Australia?
Bicycles are available for Click & Collect at our Sydney CBD store to ensure they are built correctly. However, we do ship parts, accessories, and apparel Australia-wide via standard and express post.
What kind of warranty comes with a new Giant bike?
All Giant frames come with a lifetime warranty for the original owner. Components and paint are generally covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
